The photo quilt features six historic locations in Ionia: the Hall-Fowler home, the Ionia County Courthouse, the Theatre, the Floral Building, the Blanchard House and the Ionia Free Fair. The material has a reading theme of book spines and date slips and the bold rich colors make the photos pop. Kay Tipton (Ionia) created the design and piecing, the photographs were taken and formatted by Karlee Bailey (Brick Street Studios in Ionia) and it was quilted by Jacklin Blodgett (Portland).
