CURBSIDE SERVICE
When is the Curbside Service available?
Curbside Pickup is available anytime when the library is open.

Who can use Curbside?
Curbside Pickup is available for current library card holders whose account is in good standing. If you have a balance due, you must pay this before any held items can be picked up. For the safety of our staff, no payments will be accepted curbside. Curbside Pickup is not available for eCard Holders.
Who can pick up my items?
Anyone with the library card the holds are placed on may pick up the items. If items are on hold on multiple cards, all cards must be shown in order to pick up the holds. Staff will not release items to those without a library card.
How do I reserve items?
You can reserve most titles online or over the phone. There is no fee for this service. Once your hold is available, you will be notified via your preferred method (email, text, or call). You will have 7 days to pick up your item(s). After 7 days, your item(s) will be placed back on the shelves. eCard holders only have access to our electronic resources.
What if I no longer want to check out the items I have on hold?
Please call 616.527.3680 or login to your library account online to cancel the hold.
